Come and recharge your batteries by staying with family or friends in this charming stone-walled house in the heart of the village of La Noue!

Its beautiful garden and its decoration combining charm and refinement will delight you.

You will find a pretty fitted and functional kitchen as well as a beautiful spacious and warm living room where you can gather around the fireplace.

The sleeping area has the floor consists of three large bedrooms each with a bathroom.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, and one bedroom has two 80x200 cm single beds that can be joined into a 160x200 cm double bed.

Outside, you will enjoy a summer courtyard and a landscaped garden to gather around an outdoor meal and relax.

You can park your vehicle in the adjacent streets, a car park located a few meters from the house.

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 880 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,280 Euros/week
- High season: 1,780 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,180 Euros/week (preferably from Sunday to Sunday)

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate depending on the length of stay and the number of travelers)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.

The beach is accessible on foot or by bike: Montamer Beach 750 meters away.

You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
