The location is exceptional; you can leave your car upon arrival and take advantage of the two-minute bike ride to the market or to Gollandières beach. This charming house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac where parking is easy. Its 40m² walled terrace, facing south, will allow you to spend delightful moments enjoying a good meal, having a barbecue (Weber brand), relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the peace and sunshine, taking a shower after returning from the beach, reading a book, and unwinding! The terrace also offers the possibility of storing bicycles! From the moment you enter, you will see that this house is very well laid out, very well equipped, and very well decorated! You'll feel right at home! You will enjoy a very bright living area with a panoramic sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed and can be used as a sleeping space (TV with internet access). You will find a beautiful open-plan kitchen/dining room where you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: kitchen knives, food processors, a raclette grill, a crepe maker, a fondue set, an induction hob, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, two coffee makers (Nespresso and Philips Senseo), a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. For the sleeping area, the house offers three lovely bedrooms, each equipped with a TV: • One double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed • One double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed • One double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed cm.
• In the living room, an extra bed for 2 people thanks to its 140x190 cm sofa bed
• 1 travel cot with mattress and a high chair available on request

The mattresses are of very high quality and will ensure a comfortable night's sleep

You will be personally welcomed on site to explain how the house works (lights, electronic devices, remote controls, waste disposal) to ensure the best possible stay.
The cleaning fee will be payable upon arrival (150 Euros) regardless of the length of your stay (carried out by a service provider working in accordance with the health standards imposed by COVID-19).
Night linen is not included in the rental but can be rented as an option.
