On a large plot of 1600 m2, our family home is a true haven of peace even during the most touristy periods. At the foot of the dune and with your feet in the sand, you will be in the shade of sumptuous maritime pines. Go up the garden, you have a view of the sea. Then, walk in the sand 50m across the dune, you reach one of the three most beautiful beaches on the island.
Few people on this family beach where the neighborhood tribes meet every year, the first parking lots are 500 m on each side.
The decoration of the house has been redesigned simple, zen, up to date; repainted this year keeping the holiday spirit, its period floor tiles. Disconnection guaranteed!

Beds, sheets, kitchen, bathroom, sofas, tables are new.
2 bedrooms with king size bed 180x200 and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 each which can be transformed into a king size bed 180x200. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 2 separate toilets. Outside, a spacious shower under the pine trees protected from view.
Cleaning is included, but you will have to return the premises in a correct state of cleanliness, sheets removed and towels at the foot of the bed in each bedroom.

And for our movie or TV buff friends we thought of them Canal and Netflix (to be consumed in moderation on vacation ...)
our 4-legged friends are accepted, we have a golden and like to go on vacation with him.

Really on the dune !!!
The garden arrives at the top of the dune which you can cross to go down to the beach. You will go from your living room to the beach without leaving the sand. Our family house is at the end of a 500 m dead end which will allow you to enjoy only the soft music of the sea and the birds. The shops and the market are at 500 my foot.
