- 1 “adult” bedroom with 1 160 cm double bed (possibility of adding a travel cot for baby): the window overlooks the garden-patio side.
- 1 “teen” bedroom with 1 160 cm double bed
- 1 “child” bedroom with 3 beds ("girls" room: 1 bunk bed can accommodate "adult" people
- 1 toilet
-1 bathroom (with 1 sink and 1 shower only)
Non-accessible spaces:
-The boiler room area (small room located in the entrance courtyard)
-The winery (at the back of the patio-garden on the kitchen side)
-The 4th bedroom

The weekly rate includes:
-Rental of the property described above, from Saturday to Saturday: (entry inventory from 3 p.m. / exit inventory at 10 a.m.)
-Sheets and bathroom linen based on 7 beds

The price does not include |
-The tourist tax (in proportion to the number of people)
-Cleaning costs at the end of the stay (80 Euros)

-Deposit: 1000 Euros
-Deposit: 50% upon reservation, 50% 15 days before your arrival at the premises

Welcome “arrival” and “departure”:
Entry into the premises and departure are ensured by a trusted person, residing near the accommodation.
-Inventory of entry from 3 p.m.
-Inventory of exit at 10 a.m.
This person will give you the keys in person, will ensure the condition of the entry and exit premises, will present the property, its nearby facilities and services.
A welcome guide including different tourist brochures will be offered to guide you through your stay on the spot.
