Holly's house is a 130 m² rental located 300 m from Montamer beach and a short walk from shops and the typical, colorful market of La Noue. It features a sunny, flower-filled courtyard and is enclosed by walls. Pets are accepted after prior agreement with the owner. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided for your stay. Beds are made upon your arrival! Paid parking is available in front of the house from 9 am to 3 pm from Easter until the end of September, but you can also park in the free parking lot located 5 minutes from the house on Rue Montamer.

Large flat screen television with many Orange channels, internet access with Wifi.
DVD player, books and board games, games for young children, coloring pages...etc....

Holly's house is made up of 3 bedrooms (8 beds maximum) with sheets provided.
All beds are equipped with mattress covers, pillows, pillowcases, blankets and duvets.

1 large bedroom upstairs of 30m2 including 1 160x190 bed.
1 bedroom upstairs with 3 beds 90x190 and mezzanine with 1 bed for 90x190 suitable for a child of 10 years old.
Bathroom upstairs with bathtub, sink, hair dryer, towels and bath sheets provided for 8 people.
2 separate toilets.

2026 RATES: €650 to €1500 per week. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided. Electricity is included in the price. Firewood is not provided for the fireplace. Tourist tax is extra, according to the rate in effect from January 1st to December 31st. A mandatory cleaning fee is extra and payable at the end of your stay. Short stays of at least 3 nights are possible outside of school holidays. It is possible to rent to a couple only; a lower price is available outside of school holidays. HOLLY's house is located a few steps from the village square where the pretty market is located and all year round, you will find good fresh and typical products from the Ile de Re; bakery, bicycle rental, press, fishmonger etc ... This rental is only 300 m from the sea. The thalassotherapy center is 2 km away; airport 20 minutes; train station 30 minutes.
