Description

This charming villa composed of its main house and its independent wine storehouse, completely renovated, very atypical will charm city dwellers who wish to stay in a peaceful and pleasant place. Its exterior of 2500 m2 creates a soft atmosphere for you to relax in complete privacy. Between land and sea, the MOULIN ROUGE is ideal for a family or friendly getaway.

THE VILLA: It consists of a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen enjoying a view of two exposures of the garden. CHARM AND COMFORT.

You will find three bedrooms in the main villa with bathroom and WC for each of them.

bedroom 1: a double bed 140x200
bedroom 2: a double bed 140x200
bedroom 3: a double bed 160x200 (shower, bath and WC)

THE CELLAR: Independent of the villa, it is composed of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds 90x90 that can be pushed together, a bathroom and a WC.

In order to enhance your stay, you will have all the necessary equipment: armchairs, deckchairs, garden furniture and electric plancha for your long summer evenings.

For the practical side, you can park your vehicle in the street or in the parking lot in front of the house, and your bikes in the garden during your stay.

No wifi in the house: what better way to disconnect?

Everything on foot and by bike: escape between the land and the marshes directly to reach the cycle paths.

Please note: the house is located not far from the JAVA DES BALEINES, a temporary guinguette with a friendly gathering. Noise pollution is therefore possible.

Generally, arrivals are from 4 PM to 8 PM, and departures are from 8 AM to 10 AM. For any arrival or departure before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50; From 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80; From Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100; From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70.
