La Centrale de l'île de Re offers you this house located 50m from the sea and 200m from the Phare beach of Saint-Clement-des-Baleines.
Easy access by car, you can park 1 vehicle in front of the property .
This pretty house is close to the cycle paths as well as the seafront promenade which will take you to the Whale Lighthouse in a few minutes on foot as well as to the beach about 200m away.
OUTSIDE:
The house has a vast garden and a very calm and very pleasant sunny terrace: you can hear the sea from the garden.
Also easy to access by bike, you can park your cycles on the ground via access at the bottom of the garden which gives directly on the dike.

A living/dining room with lounge area.
A fully equipped kitchen.

The house is non- smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island, 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer and taste activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
When you arrive we will give you a welcome guide in addition to our welcome kit with good deals and our advice to discover the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
