HOUSE DESCRIPTION.

The Ile de Ré Central Agency offers this house located 50m from the sea and 200m from the Saint-Clement-des-Baleines Lighthouse beach.

Easy access by car, you can park one vehicle in front of the property.

Work is currently underway on the ground floor with the installation of a new kitchen.

This lovely house is in the immediate vicinity of cycle paths as well as the seawall promenade which will take you to the Phare des Baleines lighthouse in a few minutes' walk, as well as to the beach approximately 200m away.

OUTSIDE:

The house has a large garden and a very quiet and pleasant sunny terrace: you can hear the sea from the garden.

Also easily accessible by bicycle, you can park your bikes on the property via an access at the back of the garden which leads directly to the Dike.

A living/dining room with a sitting area.

A fully equipped kitchen.

BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed.

1 Shower room.

BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to make 1 double bed (180x200cm).

A second separate WC.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included (during our opening hours). Tourist tax is not included. Holiday vouchers accepted.
