The island is an authentic and family house with its large table which sits in the middle of the main room, it invites you to pleasant moments with the family, located between land and Marais it will be a start to many discoveries by bike!
The House
The island is on one level and offers you a spacious living room with its magnificent open farmhouse (exposed beams) offering very pleasant volume and light. The room has a living and dining area then an open kitchen opening onto a second small terrace that you can enjoy at different times of the day.
A main terrace is in front of the house.

A suite with storage with double bed and bathroom water
Two other bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together depending on the composition of the family.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes these 2 bedrooms overlooking the patio.

The fourth bedroom is annexed to the entrance to the house and also has its own bathroom and WC.
Practical side
The house has a 4G box, a washing machine, a second refrigerator and everything necessary and even beyond for cooking and entertaining.
The bikes can be parked at Inside the property, the garden is walled and 2 vehicles can park.
