A nice relaxing area (bench in dry stones and cushions) invites you to taste the evening sun
The garden has a space to park a car .
An awning can put the bikes to the shelter.
The kitchen is fully equipped (hot plates, oven, dishwasher) and also includes
- Nespresso coffee machine,
- Kenwood multifunction robot for cakes,
- bread machine,
- microwave oven.
The kitchen linen is provided .
Weber barbecue (57cm) allows you to cook meats and fish in the garden .
The beds are equipped with 4-season duvets and mattress protector. A cot is available .
Duvet covers and bedlinens can be provided upon request, as well as towels

The house is 5min walk from the city center, its market, its shops (bakery, cafe, press, restaurants) and its charming church square, renowned for its petanque parties. The beach of Grouin is a 5 minutes by bike from the bike path through the marshes. Also discover the small beaches lovees along the dike that leads to the proud Ars .
The artisanal area is a 3 min walk, and has additional shops, art stores and a sports shop / rental of bike as well as a tennis club.
Numerous possibilities of public parking near the house, including the car park known as the Bernadiere.
