2024 season rates:

- from June 3 to June 28: 1600 Euros /week
- from June 29 to July 5: 2200 Euros /week
- from July 6 to August 30: 2650 Euros /week
To these rates is added a mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 150 Euros
Tourist taxes: flat rate of 2 Euros per adult per night

Capucine is in the centre of the village, everything is accessible walking.
The peninsula of Loix is located in the middle of the island of Ré.
Access to the Groin beach is via the cycle path, but also through the salt marshes to the beaches of La Couarde or those of the Portes.
