140 m² house with garden in the center of the village of Bois Plage. 300 m from the market and 1 km from the beach, our fully renovated house can accommodate up to 8 people on 2 levels. Ground floor: A fully equipped and very spacious kitchen-dining room, a living room with French doors opening onto the garden, a bicycle storage area, and a toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a toilet. Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 cm) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90 cm) or 1 king-size bed (180 cm) The house has a 50 m² walled garden facing south. For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linens are provided. An optional linen service is available for €35 per room. This service will be delivered to you upon arrival by our provider, LOCLINGE, and must be returned at the end of your stay. Please note that beds are not made upon arrival unless you request this service for an additional fee. The house is not accessible to people with disabilities and is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Pets are not allowed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

From 27/06/26 to 11/07/26: 1,800 Euros per week
From July 11, 2026 to August 22, 2026: €2,500 per week
August 22, 2026 to September 5, 2026: €1,800 per week

The tourist tax will be payable in addition (its amount will depend on the number of occupants).
