On the ground floor: A fully equipped and very spacious kitchen-dining room, a living room with bay window overlooking the garden, a bicycle room and toilets.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets.

Bedroom 4: 2 beds x 90 or 1 x 180 cm

The house has a walled garden, facing south of 50m2.

For your comfort end of stay cleaning is included.
Linen, OPTIONAL at 35Euros per room, will be left for your arrival by our service provider LOCLINGE and will be returned at the end of your stay.
Please note that the beds are not made your arrival unless you wish it at an additional cost.

From 07/12 to 08/23: 2,500 Euros per week
From 08/23 to 09/13: 1,800 Euros per week
Outside these dates: 1,200 Euros per week

The tourist tax will be payable in addition upon arrival.
