This spacious family home has four beautiful bedrooms, ideal for welcoming families and friends in a warm and relaxing setting. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (one 180x200 cm bed and three 160x200 cm beds). You'll also find two shower rooms and a bathroom, for a smooth and convenient daily life, even for several people. The bright living room and dining room, with their retaise ceiling, offer pleasant living spaces, perfect for gatherings in a friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your meals with ease, and a plancha is at your disposal for gourmet moments outside.

Outside, you will enjoy a large green garden, equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs to relax in the sun. The terrace sheltered by an awning will allow you to enjoy your meals in the shade, in complete tranquility.

Private parking inside the property allows you to easily park several vehicles within the grounds of the house.

Located close to the beaches, cycle paths and shops of Bois-Plage, this house is the ideal place for a successful vacation on the Ile de Re.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,150 Euros/week
- Mid-season: 1,450 Euros/week
- High season: 2,100 Euros/week
- Peak season: 2,650 Euros/week

Weekend rental outside school holidays (minimum 3 nights):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax not included: 1.65 Euros/night/adult
Booking fee: 55 Euros
Optional linen rental not included:
- 38 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided. - €48 per person including linens and beach towels. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.

Pas des Boeufs beach and Gollandieres beach, two of the most beautiful beaches on the island, are 500 meters from the house, easily accessible on foot or by bike for sunny days with your feet in the sand.

The cycle paths, located in the immediate vicinity, will allow you to discover the Ile de Ré by bike in complete tranquility: between salt marshes, typical villages and wild beaches, a change of scenery is guaranteed.
