Welcome to Bois-Plage-en-Re, on the magnificent Ile de Re, where this pleasant vacation home awaits you for a stay dedicated to relaxation and comfort. This spacious family home has four beautiful bedrooms, ideal for welcoming families and friends in a warm and relaxing setting. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (one 180x200 cm bed and three 160x200 cm beds). You'll also find two shower rooms and a bathroom, for a smooth and convenient daily life, even for several people. The bright living room and dining room, with their retaise ceiling, offer pleasant living spaces, perfect for gatherings in a friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your meals with ease, and a plancha is at your disposal for gourmet moments outside.

Outside, you will enjoy a large green garden, equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs to relax in the sun. The terrace sheltered by an awning will allow you to enjoy your meals in the shade, in complete tranquility.

Private parking inside the property allows you to easily park several vehicles within the grounds of the house.

Located close to the beaches, cycle paths and shops of Bois-Plage, this house is the ideal place for a successful vacation on the Ile de Re.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,100 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,400 Euros/week
- High season: 1,950 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,400 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum applicable rate varies according to the number of nights and the number of travelers)
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, Pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linens with beach towels.

The cycle paths, located in the immediate vicinity, will allow you to discover the Ile de Ré by bike in complete tranquility: between salt marshes, typical villages and wild beaches, a change of scenery is guaranteed.
