Bright and easy-going house, for 4 to 8 people - 70m2 of living space with bike shed and private parking. Pets accepted.
5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the Portes sailing club and 5 minutes from the tennis club. 5 minutes from the Lilleau des Niges nature reserve. 5 minutes from shops.
The house is a stone's throw from the shuttle stop (stop: multipurpose room) which serves the island and La Rochelle train station. It is therefore possible to come and leave by public transport. At the end of our street, there is a cycle store where you can rent bicycles, children's carts, etc.
The house has three bedrooms that can accommodate 2 people and a mezzanine for two people
Bedroom layout:
One bedroom with a 160x200 double bed
Two bedrooms with 80x200 single beds, which can be joined together to make 160x200 cm double beds. One of these two bedrooms is annexed in the garden (a space very popular with teenagers!)
A mezzanine with two beds of 90x200.
All the bedding is new and of quality (box springs, mattresses, duvets, pillows)
In the garden: foldable garden table (from 4 to 10 people)
4 deck chairs
Other equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, percolator, coffee maker, kettle, yogurt maker, TV, smoke detectors, travel cot
Maintenance: 60 euros - Required if presence of a animal
