In the immediate vicinity of cycle paths, the villa is a few minutes by bike from Gros Jonc beach, which is one of the most popular on the Ile de Re, as well as the village centres of Bois-Plage and Saint-Martin-de-Re.

The villa is in a quiet area a few minutes from shops, the market and the town centre of Bois-Plage.

The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.

Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle in private and 2 vehicles in front of the house in the quiet street.

Heated swimming pool with automatic roller shutter closure, with a surface area of 40m2 and a maximum depth of 1.80m.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.

The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the temperature of the pool water and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the pool water.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The Ile de Re offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest rates of sunshine in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small 30-kilometer-long island. Passionate about history, summer and culinary activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, we will give you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with good tips and our advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
