In Rivedoux-Plage, the La Dune holiday apartment, facing the ocean, will allow you to spend pleasant family holidays, and to discover the charms of the Ile de Re and La Rochelle!
This 48m2 apartment for 4 people , located on the ground floor, has an independent bedroom with a queen size bed and a cabin bedroom with bunk beds (the top bed only for children over 6 years old). Added to this is a large, bright living room with an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, microwave, etc.), a modern bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC. The apartment is also equiped with Wi-Fi, television, fans, Bluetooth speaker.
This apartment also offers you a 20m private garden opening onto the garden of the residence, facing the sea with an exceptional view of the islands but also, for lovers, on the Kitesurf, windsurf or wingfoil spot!

You just have to cross the street to find yourself on the beach, swim, laze in the sun, enjoy the many water activities or recharge your batteries by strolling with your feet in the water.

The residence, made up of only 6 accommodations, is a place of conviviality, focused on the sea, well-being and nautic activities.
It has a gym (machines and yoga mats) with sea view.
A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal, as well as a bicycle storage room.
You can also benefit from parking secure private room in the residence (by reservation, 5Euros/night).
Storage racks for boards and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden at the back of the building.
