The Villa de Lilaval opens its doors to you for your next family vacation! This magnificent villa is located in Bois Plage en Re, close to the cycle paths and Saint Martin de Re. You can discover the most beautiful beaches of the Ile de Re by bike with your children and explore the villages while leaving your vehicle on site in front of the property.
A real retaise of 120m2, it will reveal itself to you upon your arrival when you see its superb landscaped garden enclosed by walls, its various terraces and its beautiful swimming pool.
Facing south, you will enjoy lunch under the canopy, sipping a cocktail in its garden furniture near the olive tree or even swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the deckchairs! All the conditions are combined to recharge your batteries and relax!
The Villa de Lilaval has been completely renovated with quality materials and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is nestled in a dead end which will ensure you absolute calm! You will appreciate its careful decoration, its quality furniture as well as the volumes of the living spaces bathed in light that it offers on the ground floor with its living room (TV and wifi), dining room overlooking the garden, open and well-equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob and oven, kettle, toaster, dolcegusto, filter coffee, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer). Also a master suite, a bathroom with double sink and toilet.
Upstairs, you will find 3 beautiful large bedrooms with dressing room (2 beds 90x190 and 2 beds 160X200), a bathroom with double sink (straightener and hairdryer available) and a separate toilet. Please note that the beds are high-end quality and new, firm and soft without which we could not ensure you a real rest.
A garage will allow you to store your bikes in complete safety. Our animal friends are accepted after agreement from the owners.
You will be welcomed on site in compliance with the health regulations to personally explain to you the operation of the Villa (management of the swimming pool Etc.). The cleaning fee will be obligatory and will be 160 Euros (to be paid upon your arrival). We can also provide you with bed linen and towels upon reservation (service invoice in addition)
Swimming pool heated from June to September if the weather conditions allow it.
