The villa is ideally located between Gollandieres beach and the city center of Bois-Plage with its shops.

The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room opening onto the wooden terrace and the swimming pool.

The open and fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the spacious living room.

Possibility of private parking for a vehicle, everything can be done on foot or by bike.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed x160 with a private bathroom, the bedroom has direct access to the patio.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds x90 with a bathroom private water

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed x160 with a private bathroom

OUTSIDE :

To protect you from the sun, an electric awning is available on the terrace.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets not allowed.

The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and the beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer and taste activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

Upon your arrival we will give you in addition to our welcome kit a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ile de Re in the best conditions!

The rental and delivery of household linen for the beds and for the bathrooms are included in July and August (and as an option outside July and August).

The handing over of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
