The villa is ideally located between the Gollandieres beach and the town center of Bois-Plage with its shops.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge opening onto the wooden terrace and the swimming pool.
The open and fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the spacious living room.
Possibility of private parking for a vehicle, everything can be done on foot or by bike.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed x160 with a private bathroom, the bedroom has direct access to the patio.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds x90 with a private bathroom

To protect you from the sun, an electric awning is available on the terrace.
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the pool water and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the pool water.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small 30-kilometer-long island. Passionate about history, summer and culinary activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
When you arrive, we will give you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with good tips and our advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
