The villa is ideally situated between Gollandieres beach and the town center of Bois-Plage with its shops. The villa is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room opening onto a wooden terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooks the spacious living area. Private parking is available for one vehicle; everything is within walking or cycling distance. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160cm) with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the patio. The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature and cold weather decreases the water temperature.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
