We rent the house by the week during school holidays. (All Saints' Day, February, Easter, Christmas, Summer)
Weekend or mid-week requests are possible outside these periods. Please contact us for rates.
2024 rates:
Low season outside school holidays (November, December, January, February): from 1,800 Euros, per week.
Easter, All Saints' Day and Christmas holidays: from 2,700 to 2,900 euros/week.
High season (Summer): 4,900 Euros/week
Weekend rate: 600 euros/per night minimum. (2 nights minimum outside special bridges)
May 8 and Ascension 2024 package: 5 nights minimum. (from Tuesday 12pm to Sunday evening 6pm)
Pentecost long weekend package: 3 nights minimum. (From Friday 12pm to Monday 6pm)
Easter weekend package: 3 nights minimum. (From Friday 12pm to Monday 6pm)
November 11th long weekend package: 3 nights minimum. (From Friday 12pm to Monday 6pm)

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 180 Euros.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 2.53 Euros/night/person over 18 years old.
