The house features a heated and secure 7.40m x 2.75m swimming pool (maintained weekly by a professional pool technician) available from the beginning of May to the end of September, weather permitting. There is a garden with sun loungers around the pool, a large terrace with a dining area, a large table and chairs, a large gas barbecue, and a relaxing lounge area with a sofa, armchairs with cushions, and a coffee table. An outdoor room with a shower and toilet, and a second refrigerator-freezer, are located next to the pool. The house comprises: an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes (washing machine and dryer), and a separate toilet, - a large living room with TV, dining room, opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, - a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, very well equipped, with island and high chairs, then on the sleeping side: - a first bedroom of 14.50m² (double bed 160x200cm), wardrobe, its shower room (shower) and a washbasin, - a second bedroom of 15.50m² (double bed 180x200cm, or 2 single beds of 90x200cm), wardrobe, its shower room (shower) and a washbasin, - and, a third large bedroom of 16m² (double bed 160x200cm), wardrobe, its bathroom (bathtub) and a washbasin, WC.

On request, a quote for complete linens (bed linens, bath and kitchen linens), with beds made upon arrival, is available at an additional cost.

Small essentials are available in the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products and utensils).

We offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and culture..., upon request.
A welcome booklet is available in the house, as well as tourist brochures (maps and cycling routes, events, etc.).

Pets are not allowed.
