It has a heated swimming pool, from the beginning of May, to the end of September, depending on weather conditions, and secure 7.40m x 2.75m (maintenance by the pool specialist every week), a garden with deck chairs, a large terrace with table and chairs, large gas barbecue, and a relaxation lounge area with bench seat - armchairs with cushions - coffee table.
An exterior room with shower and toilet, and a 2nd fridge-freezer.
The house is composed of:
- an entrance, with cupboards (washing machine and dryer) with an independent toilet,
- a large living room with TV, dining room, opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool,
- an open fitted and equipped kitchen, very well equipped with island and high chairs,
- a 1st bedroom of 14.50m² (double bed 160X200) closet-wardrobe, bathroom (shower) and sink. It opens onto the swimming pool terrace,
- a 2nd bedroom of 15.50m² (double bed 180x200cm, OR 2 single beds of 90x200cm), closet-wardrobe, its bathroom (shower) and sink, also open to the terrace and the swimming pool,
- a 3rd large bedroom of 16m² (double bed 160x200cm), wardrobes with access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool, its bathroom (bathtub) and sink, toilet.
Outside:
The access to the house is via an entrance gate and a large gate in front of a driveway allowing bicycles to be parked.
Vehicles can be parked in the street in front of the house.
