Treat yourself to a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends in this beautiful house with a nicely decorated swimming pool, carefully equipped for your comfort, in a quiet environment, close to the beach, cycle paths and the center of the charming village of Bois. -Beach!
The entrance serves a large warm and bright living room composed of a fitted kitchen and a beautiful dining table. The kitchen opens onto a first outdoor space with garden table, wall-mounted barbecue and a water point. The awning allows you to enjoy a meal in the shade or in the sun at your convenience.
You will also enjoy a very bright living room with a view of the swimming pool and the garden.
The garden offers a glimpse of sweet moments of idleness comfortably installed by the pool or on the terrace having a coffee.
The swimming pool is secured with an electric rolling shutter. It measures 4x2 meters and is heated from April to October (depending on the weather).
The sleeping area includes three large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and cupboards with wardrobe and shelves. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, and one bedroom is equipped with two 90x200cm single beds that can be combined into a 180x200cm double bed. You will appreciate the beautiful height under the crawling ceilings and the quality equipment (mattress, bathroom). One of the bedrooms has access to a pretty landscaped patio.
A laundry room is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, travel cot and baby high chair.
Several parking spaces are available and free in front of the house.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,425 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,925 Euros/week
- High season: 3,025 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,725 Euros/week (preferably from Sunday to Sunday)
Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels toilet per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
