Swimming pool heated from mid-April to mid-October and secured by an automatic roller shutter - weekly maintenance in July and August and bi-weekly the other months.

The garden has a beautiful tree-filled terrace with motorized awning, table and chairs for 6 people as well as a furnished courtyard with garden furniture for relaxing and having an aperitif.

The house has a 123 cm flat screen TV, HI FI system and fiber internet access (WIFI).
