We welcome you to our bright, charming, and functional house, ideally located in the heart of the village of Bois Plage, close to shops, the large daily market, and magnificent beaches. The walled garden is sunny and very peaceful. It is equipped with garden furniture and parasols. You will have access to an outdoor kitchen with a griddle and barbecue. A bicycle garage and all the amenities are available for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Île de Ré, just a few kilometers from the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. The accommodation: The house, opening onto a terrace and a sunny 350 m² garden, offers a pleasant living space on the ground floor and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, on the first floor. On the ground floor: living room (with sofa, stereo, TV, etc.), dining room opening onto the garden and terrace, fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) and toilet. Bicycle storage. On the first floor: two large, bright bedrooms with king-size beds. The two 180cm beds can be separated into two 90cm single beds. One bedroom overlooks the village rooftops and has a shower and toilet; the other overlooks the garden and has a bathtub and toilet.

A free public parking lot at the end of the street will accommodate your car, allowing you to enjoy the cycle paths and beaches just a short bike ride away, as well as the villages of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, La Flotte, La Couarde, and Sainte-Marie.
A bus can also take you from La Rochelle train station to the market square, located 150 meters from the house. A free shuttle bus serves the different villages.

We will be happy to welcome you and share the secrets of the villages, the location of the most beautiful beaches, walks to take in the marshes, and the restaurants of our beautiful Île de Ré. Upon arrival, you will find king-size beds made, linens provided, and samples of shampoo and shower gel. We will also be pleased to offer you everything you need to prepare coffee or tea with some treats.

Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, etc.) can be left available. Children of all ages can enjoy games (board games, Lego, wooden train, toy cars, etc.). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed as some of our children suffer from allergies to dog and cat hair.

The house offers every comfort. The living room includes a stereo system, TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, etc.) can be provided, as well as books, toys, and board games.

In May, June, and September, the rental price is €300 per night (sheets, towels, and linens provided). End-of-stay cleaning is included. The minimum stay is one week. In July and August, the rental price is €350 per night (sheets, towels, and linens provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning). The minimum stay is seven days. Preference is given to stays of two weeks. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed as some of our children suffer from allergies to dog and cat hair. Smokers are kindly requested to light their cigarettes in the garden.
