You will appreciate its comfort, its quality equipment, its careful decoration in natural colors, and the superb outdoor space with its swimming pool and its two magnificent palm trees. The location is ideal, close to the beach and the village center.

Villa PALM RE is a single-storey villa, pleasant to live in, composed of a beautiful living room with corner sofa, a dining room and a large, perfectly equipped kitchen. You will also have a scullery with a second fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.

The sleeping area can accommodate 12 travelers. It has five bedrooms including two master suites with bathroom. Four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (one 180x200 cm bed, two 160x200 beds and one 140x190 bed), and a children's bedroom is equipped with a bathroom, two bunk beds and two very comfortable single futon beds. An independent bathroom with bathtub is always appreciated by children.

Outside, a magnificent west-facing terrace invites you to relax peacefully in the garden furniture, by the pool on the deckchairs, or around a meal under the shade cloth. The kidney-shaped swimming pool (9x4.5m) is secure and heated from April to October (depending on weather). A shower and toilet are also at your disposal outside.

You can park your vehicle in the villa's garage or in the cul-de-sac (free parking).

An electric barbecue, a safe and a wine cellar are at your disposal.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 2,850 Euros/week
- Mid season: 3,850 Euros/week
- High season: 5,850 Euros/week
- Very high season: 6,850 Euros/week

Possibility of renting the villa with 10 or 8 beds at decreasing rates.

Rental for a weekend (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.

Villa PALM RE is quietly located while being close to the market and shops a few minutes walk from the market (700 meters) and the church of Bois-Plage.

The beaches are easily accessible on foot or by bike: Petit Sergent and Gollandieres at 1.3 km.

You can easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.

Between vineyards and ocean, vast wooded areas and traditional houses, Le Bois-Plage cultivates the sweetness of life.
