The villa, with over 200m² of living space, is all on one level, very bright, and offers high-end comfort, accommodating up to 12 people (8 adults). It consists of a main house, a large annex, and a second annex (only in July and August), allowing everyone to maintain their privacy while enjoying the pleasure of being together. The landscaped 860m² grounds, facing south and completely private, offer several relaxation areas, whether on the various terraces, under the covered area, or by the swimming pool (8x4m, secured by a roller shutter, heated from June to September). There are two bathtubs, and a high chair, baby bathtub, and travel cot for young children are available upon request. Main house 140m²: - large south-facing living room opening onto a large garden/pool terrace - fully equipped open-plan kitchen - 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and adjoining dressing room, 1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm) that can be pushed together - 1 bathroom (bath and shower) - 1 shower room - 2 separate toilets - dressing room. Annex (50m²): 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds), both opening onto the bathroom - games/TV room - bathroom - separate toilet. Annex (20m²), only available in July and August: 1 bedroom (140x200cm bed) - bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking: 1 large carport for 1 car and bicycles. A children's playground and pétanque courts are a 5-minute walk away. Linens are provided (sheets, towels) during the high season (July-August); additional linens can be rented. with our concierge service.
