- Mid season: 1,050 Euros/week

- Very high season: 1,850 Euros/week - exceptional 20% discount on rent excluding cleaning from July 12 to 19, 2025, i.e. 1,510 Euros/week
Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- Tourist tax extra: 1.65 Euros/night/adult
- Administration fee: 50 Euros
- Linens are provided extra at 35 euros/person. It includes sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mats, and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels are not provided.
