The house offers you an entrance with a teleworking space, a living room with open kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The sleeping area is made up of three bedrooms, including two bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed and one bedroom with two single beds which can be combined into a double bed. It also includes a bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate toilets.

Outside, a beautiful enclosed garden not overlooked invites you to share moments of conviviality.

You can park your vehicle on the plot or outside in front of the house (free parking).

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning: - Low season: €800/week - Mid-season: €1,050/week - High season: €1,450/week - Peak season: €1,850/week - 20% discount on the rent excluding cleaning from July 11th to 25th, 2026, i.e., €1,510/week during this period! Weekend rental outside of school holidays (minimum 3 nights): - 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - Tourist tax not included: €1.65/night/adult - Booking fee: €55 - Linens A linen kit is available for an additional €38 per person. This includes sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, a bath mat, and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels are not provided. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances.
