It is a pleasant house to live in, very bright and quiet. It is placed in the middle of the garden, so very present in all the rooms of the house.
On the ground floor, a first large bedroom with bathroom overlooks the terrace (160x200 bed). A 2nd, smaller, overlooks the garden (160x200 bed). Upstairs, a space of 20m2, with bedroom on the platform (2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180x200) and bathroom WC.

Minimum stay: 1 week from Saturday at 5 p.m. to Saturday at 10 a.m.

Exit cleaning fee in addition: 100 Euros
For stays of 2 weeks or more: 2 hours of cleaning per week in addition: 40 Euros

Linen fee: 15 Euros per person.
30% deposit upon reservation. Balance one month before arrival.
Non-cashable deposit of 1,000 Euros upon handing over the keys, refundable following exit inventory.
