It is a pleasant house to live in, very bright and quiet. It is placed in the middle of the garden, so very present in all the rooms of the house.
On the ground floor, a first large bedroom with bathroom overlooks the terrace (160x200 bed). A 2nd, smaller, overlooks the garden (160x200 bed). Upstairs, a space of 20m2, with bedroom on the platform (2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180x200) and bathroom WC.

Compulsory cleaning fee: 100 Euros
Linen is provided.
30% deposit upon booking. Balance one month before arrival in the premises.
Deposit of 1,500 Euros not cashable upon delivery of the keys, refundable according to the inventory of fixtures.
