Private teak exterior and lawn with dining garden furniture, electric barbecue and parasol.
A secure and numbered underground parking space.
In the common areas, bike racks are available in the aisles, a very large private secure heated swimming pool at the residence with deckchairs and parasols, wooded park with a children's play area, bowling alley and a ping-pong table.
