Star-rated and well-equipped house in a secure and quiet residence. (We also have a 2/3-person star-rated studio apartment with one bedroom, terrace, and excellent amenities.) Ideal for 4 people, it can accommodate 6 thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOUSE. The 25-meter swimming pool is open from April 30th and heated from May 30th to September 30th. The residence features a large wooded park, a children's playground, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a laundry room. Rackets and balls are provided.
The residence has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers.

Ideally located 400m from the port and town center, 20 meters from a bus stop and the start of cycle paths.

Ideally located: 1 km from the center of La Flotte en Re and its night markets, 3.5 km from the center of Saint Martin, 100 m from the sea.
