Arrive and departure autonomous with secure key box from 4pm. Departure 10am. (to be agreed together for the inventory)

The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the residence.
The access codes to the residence and to the swimming pool are sent to you before your arrival .

August 2023: from 26/08 to 08/09 i.e. 1190 e the week
September 2023: 100 to 120 Euros per night

Obligation to empty the garbage cans, clean the toilets, wash and put away the dishes, leave the place tidy and maintained.

The house is located in the secure residence "des Hauts de Cocrauds" in La Flotte. It is very quiet and pleasant .
Ideally located: 1 km from the center of La Flotte en Re and its night markets, 3.5 km from the center of Saint Martin, 100 m from the sea.

Collective spaces: land in the state natural 1'500 m, heated swimming pool (25 x 8 m). Table tennis, pétanque court, children's play area. In the residence: reception, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra).
