We are pleased to welcome you in our lovely single-storey Ré style family house, steadily renovated since 2021 (new kitchen in 2025), close to the most beautiful beaches on the island, the local market and the heart of La Couarde, the most central village on the island.
Bathed in sunshine from morning until sunset thanks to its double orientation South and West, you will enjoy the calm and safety of its large garden entirely surrounded by walls, its vast spaces (double cathedral living room), its terrace (50 sqm) and garden.
Very calm (located in a dead end).

Personal book on site from our 40-year experience on the island (ballads and secret trails, best local addresses (shopkeepers, restaurants , crafts ...).
Practical extract (bicycle rental, resa nautical and sports activities, Spa, restaurants ...) communicated by email before the stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
Minimum rental period: 7 days (out of exceptions previously agreed)
Rental per fortnight from mid-July to mid-August (more weeks also possible).
Arrival/departure on Saturday in summer (with exceptions).

Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning package: 200 Euros
Tourist tax 1.65 Euros/person/day (children free)
Arrival: after 5:30 p.m.
Departure: 9:30 a.m.

House rules:
Interiors completely non-smoking (vaping allowed) and unfortunately no animals accepted.
Respect for the calm of the neighborhood (especially after midnight). No excessive receptions or parties.

350 m from the entrance to the beach (4 mins on foot, 1 min by bike - times checked on google maps).
3 km dune beach backed by a wood.
Village center, local market and supermarket 5 mins by bike.

Close to cycle paths, you can, for a total change of scenery, do everything by bike: beach 3 mins away, (good) restaurant 4 mins away , local market, heart of the village, supermarket, sailing and tennis clubs 5 mins away, walk in the marshes and oyster tasting hut 10 mins away, Loix peninsula 15 mins away, St Martin 20 mins away, Ars 30/45 mins, the bird sanctuary and the Baleine lighthouse 50 mins/1h (all by bike!).
