Ma maison des champs offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday on the Île de Ré. Spacious and bright, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends, close to the sea and cycle paths.

The house has a large, warm living room bathed in light, perfect for sharing friendly moments. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals with fresh market produce.

On the sleeping side, the house has three bedrooms with double beds (2 beds 160x200 cm and 1 bed 140x200 cm), including two bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom and separate toilet, and a beautiful master suite with bathroom and toilet upstairs.

Outside, you will enjoy a wooded garden shaded by a magnificent pine tree, the perfect place to relax comfortably installed in the garden furniture. The outdoor dining area on the terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfasts in the sun and lunches or dinners al fresco.

The house also benefits from private parking for your vehicle.

Thanks to its privileged location, you can easily reach the beach, the port of La Flotte, and the local markets. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the island by bike, using the many cycle paths accessible near the house.

In the kitchen, for your breakfast: filter coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
For your laundry: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 880 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,280 Euros/week
- High season: 1,780 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,180 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend during the May bank holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate depending on the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, Pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided.

You can easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
