Azur, great comfortable house with garden, near beaches and village center

Azur is a lovely warm, comfortable and bright holiday home with spacious living areas.
Easy to live in, it opens onto a sunny terrace and a covered area converted into a summer dining room, then at the back, onto a large enclosed garden.
An entrance serves two distinct parts of the house:
- on the one hand , a large living room, a modern kitchen and a through dining room
- on the other hand, 2 double bedrooms, one with an alcove (practical for a couple with baby), a bedroom with 2 beds (or a double bed), a bathroom and separate wc. These bedrooms all have a direct entrance to the garden.
Upstairs, a double bedroom with shower room and WC. Thus, everyone can find the privacy and space necessary to recharge their batteries.
Located in a residential area, Azur is close to the beautiful beaches of La Couarde and also to the village center. Here you can forget your car and live by bike (a covered space is provided to shelter them).

From 1600 to 3080 € per week / Minimum 1 week

Rental periods and prices 2024:
- from June 3 to June 28: 1800 Euros / week
- from June 29 to July 5: 2400 Euros / week
- from July 6 to August 30: 3080 Euros / week (at this period , we rent for stays of 2 weeks minimum).
obligatory end-of-stay cleaning: 170 Euros

Linens: 30 Euros per person
Beds made on arrival: 8 Euros per room

30% deposit upon reservation. Balance 1 month before arrival
Deposit requested on arrival by bank check: 1,800 Euros

Both outside and close to the village, located in "les Brardes" district, sought after for its calm and proximity to beautiful beaches. La couarde is also an excellent location, in the center of the island.
