For long weekends (special holidays), rentals are possible depending on availability.

Utilities are included, excluding tourist tax. A 30% deposit will be required upon booking, after signing the rental agreement. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and security deposit.

The security deposit is generally not cashed until departure and will be returned without reservation within 7 weeks.

La Couarde, a family and sports resort welcomes you right in the middle of the island, to go easily to the north as well as to the south. The house is ideally located between the sea and the shops, 10m from the pharmacy, 70m from the supermarket (open all year round) and 75m from the summer market and bike rentals. The cinema and show room "La Maline" is 150m away .
The large beach, tennis courts, skate park and minigolf are 2 pedal turns from the house .
A learning basin for sailing (catamaran, dinghy , windsurfing) is located towards the football field (north beach) and a board sports school (wing foil, board, catamaran) is located on the beach of Peu Ragot. (500m)
Your car and bikes can be parked in the private alley and fenced with walls.
