charges are included excluding tourist tax. A 30% deposit will be requested upon reservation, after signing the rental contract. The reservation will be validated upon receipt of the deposit and the deposit.

The deposit, in general, is not cashed until the exit, will be, without reservations, returned within 7 weeks.

The house is ideally located between the sea and the shops, 10m from the pharmacy, 70m from the supermarket (open all year round) and 75m from the summer market and bike rentals. The cinema and show room "La Maline" is 150m away .
The large beach, tennis courts, skate park and minigolf are 2 pedal turns from the house .
A learning basin for sailing (catamaran, dinghy , windsurfing) is located towards the football field (north beach) and a board sports school (wing foil, board, catamaran) is located on the beach of Peu Ragot. (500m)
Your car and bikes can be parked in the private alley and fenced with walls.
