charges are included excluding tourist tax. A 30% deposit will be requested upon reservation, after signing the rental contract. The reservation will be validated upon receipt of the deposit and the deposit.

The deposit, in general, is not cashed until the exit, will be, without reservations, returned within 7 weeks.

The large beach, tennis courts, skate park and minigolf are 2 pedal turns from the house .
A learning basin for sailing (catamaran, dinghy , windsurfing) is located towards the football field (north beach) and a board sports school (wing foil, board, catamaran) is located on the beach of Peu Ragot. (500m)
Your car and bikes can be parked in the private alley and fenced with walls.
