Our house, completely renovated in 2021, is bathed in sunshine at all times of the day.
Very functional and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
A real haven of peace, you will find all the calm you need to relax and spend a peaceful holiday with family or friends.
You will be 5 minutes walk from the center from the village, very typical, with an authentic and lively restful life.
A stone's throw from the charming little port of Loix, our holiday home is a villa completely renovated in 2021, quiet and sunny. ☀

It is a bright and comfortable house, in which you will find 2 spaces:
- A central space with living room, fitted and equipped open kitchen of 55m, a fitted laundry room ( washing machine, dryer, 2nd refrigerator, tancarville, ironing board and iron).
- A space with 4 bedrooms of 11 m each and two bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Each room has 2 beds of 80cm that can be joined together to make a bed of 160. You can thus adapt your sleeping arrangements according to your needs. wetlands which offer a real haven of peace for migrating birds.
You will have a terrace with all the necessary equipment, charcoal barbecue, two outdoor tables, 12 chairs, 6 garden armchairs and deck chairs on a private fenced and secure 2500m on which you can easily park your vehicles and boats.
Close to the center of the village where you will find all the amenities necessary for your stay, you will be only a stone's throw from the beach of Grouin overlooked by its fort. Quiet and family-friendly, the beach is supervised in July and August.

You will particularly appreciate the laundry area where you will also find a 2nd refrigerator.
