Upstairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds which can be transformed into a double bed . A shower room and sanibroyeur toilets.
You will also find a courtyard of approximately 25 m2 with table and garden furniture as well as a gas plancha.
This courtyard with access to the lane of Montcereau has a bike room and a WC.
To park, the Le Clos Biret car park is in the immediate vicinity of the house via the lane of Montcereau. This car park is 8 euros per day or 45 euros per week. The ticket is valid for all car parks in the fleet except the market car park and the car park opposite the post office.
You can also park in rue Favreau just in front of the house depending on the space available
You will find available in the house a wifi enclosure, petanque balls and basketball (a square is 2 minutes from the house next to the tennis courts)
