high season: from July 1st to 14th: 950 Euros / week from July 14th 1000 Euros / week - August 1200 Euros / week
low season: October / April / May (excluding school holidays and bridges) 680 Euros / week
cleaning contribution (60 Euros) and tourist taxes (depending on the number of occupants) to be added to the rental.
electricity fee to be added from November to April depending on the number of people.
