Pretty little holiday home in a green setting.
a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large dressing room, a large fully equipped kitchen/living room, a separate lounge with a sofa bed and TV, a small shower room, separate toilet. Complete equipment for a great holiday.

beautiful outdoor space for lunch but also a terrace to enjoy the sun with garden furniture, recent charcoal barbecue.
Independent plot in the owner's garden (separate entrance, enclosed by hedge).
2 min walk from the centre of the Village and the beaches.

high season: from July 7 1000 Euros / week - August 1150 Euros / week - rental from Sunday to Sunday in August
low season: October / April / May (excluding school holidays and bridges) 700 Euros / week
cleaning contribution adapted to the length of stay and tourist taxes (depending on the number of occupants) to be added to the rental.
extended weekend / bridge possible on request
deposit of 500 Euros by check
