Charming little holiday home in a verdant setting. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a large dressing room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/living room, a separate lounge with a sofa bed and TV, a small shower room, and a separate WC. Fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. A travel cot is available on request. There's a lovely outdoor area for al fresco dining and a terrace for enjoying the sun, furnished with garden furniture and a recently installed charcoal barbecue. The property has its own private plot within the owner's garden (separate entrance, enclosed by a hedge). It's a 2-minute walk from the village center and beaches. No pets allowed. Sheets and towels are not provided. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.

high season: from July 7th 1000 Euros/week - August 1150 Euros /week - rental from Sunday to Sunday in August
low season: October/April/May (excluding school holidays and long weekends) 700 Euros /week
cleaning contribution adapted to the length of stay and tourist tax (depending on the number of occupants) to be added to the rental.
