Small family holiday home (2 rooms - 47m), maintained, in perfect condition, with private walled garden, ideally located between marshes and beaches, 5 minutes walk from the village center and traders (all shops, market daily summer in July and August and Carrefour supermarket). First beaches, water sports center and children's playground less than 15 minutes walk away, close to Conche des Baleines beach, the Phare des Baleines, salt marshes and the natural ornithological reserve of Lilleau des Niges, Ars-en- Re, de la Patache and the Bois de Trousse-Chemise (by cycle paths).
Located at the end of a private road, the house has a numbered and private parking space in the residence car park (possible access to the house for arrival and departure).
The bathroom (bathtub with shower taps) and toilets are separate.
The house has plenty of storage space (including a large wardrobe in the bedroom).
The terrace is equipped with a large parasol deported as well as a table and four garden chairs.
You also have two outdoor relax armchairs, two deckchairs and a recent charcoal barbecue.
The house is non-smoking and animals are not accepted.

Sleeps: living room: sofa-bed (2 beds in 80x200) / bedroom: bunk beds (2 beds in 90x200) .
Mattress protector; quilts (4 light and 2 warm); blankets, bedspreads; pillows, bolsters; bath descents; tea towels and hand towels provided .
Kitchen area: 4 electric cooking plates; fridge ; dishwasher ; traditional electric oven (with spit); microwave oven ; coffee makers (filter and Nespresso with classic capsules); electric kettle ; toaster .
Washing machine; hair dryer .
Vacuum cleaner; broom ; ironing board and iron .
Maintenance products available subject to replacement according to use .
4 adult bikes (including 1 old) maintained, in good condition, equipped with baskets and anti-theft devices .
Small clothes horse and clothesline .
No telephone or TV or internet connection (free wi-fi at 300m, at the tourist office) .
Electric water heaters and radiators (radiant) .
Sheets, gloves and towels and bath towels not provided (several rental possibilities on the island ).

Rates (2024 season) for 7 nights (arrival in the afternoon, departure in the morning):
- from April 6 to May 13: 900 Euros;
- from May 13 to June 8: 800 Euros;
- from June 8 to July 6: 900
- from July 6 to 27: 1100 Euros;
- from July 27 to August 31: 1300 Euros;
- from September 2 to 30: 850 Euros.
The price includes hot water, cold water , tourist tax and an electricity package of 3 Euros per day.
End of stay cleaning extra (approximately 90 Euros).
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
