Small family holiday home (2 rooms - 47m²), maintained, in good condition, with small terrace and private walled garden, ideally located between marshes, beaches and shops, 5 minutes walk from the village centre (all shops, daily summer market in July and August and Carrefour supermarket). First beaches, nautical base and children's playground less than 15 minutes on foot, near the Conche des Baleines beach, the Phare des Baleines, the salt marshes and the natural ornithological reserve of Lilleau des Niges, Ars-en-Re, La Patache and the Trousse-Chemise woods (by cycle paths).
Located at the end of a private road, the house has a numbered and private parking space in the residence's car park (access to the house is possible for arrival and departure).
The bathroom (bathtub with shower faucet) and the toilets are separate.
The house has plenty of storage space (including a large wardrobe in the bedroom).
The terrace is equipped with a large offset parasol as well as a table and four garden chairs.
You also have two outdoor relaxation armchairs, two deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue recent.
The house is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.

4 beds: living room: sofa bed (2 real beds - slatted bases - 80x200) / bedroom: bunk beds (2 beds 90x200 - upper bed prohibited for children under 6 years old).
ARE PROVIDED: mattress protectors, duvets, blankets, bedspreads, pillows (and 2 bolsters), bath mats, tablecloths, tea towels and hand towels.
Kitchen area: 4 electric hotplates; refrigerator (under worktop - 136 L - without freezer compartment); dishwasher; traditional electric oven; microwave oven; 2 coffee makers (1 traditional filter - no. 4) and 1 classic Nespresso capsule coffee maker); electric kettle; toaster.
Small cube freezer (30 L) in the storage room at the entrance.
Washing machine; hair dryer.
Bagless vacuum cleaner, brooms, ironing board and iron.
Cleaning products provided at the start of the season (to be replaced depending on use).
Small indoor clothesline and outdoor clothesline.
No telephone, television or internet connection.
Water heater and electric radiators.
NOT PROVIDED: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bolsters, gloves and towels, bath towels and beach towels (several rental options on the island).

Rates (2024 season) for 7 nights (arrival in the afternoon, departure in the morning):
- from April 6 to May 13: 900 Euros;
- from May 13 to June 8: 800 Euros;
- from June 8 to July 6: 900
- from July 6 to 27: 1100 Euros;
- from July 27 to August 31: 1300 Euros;
- from September 2 to 30: 850 Euros.
The price includes hot water, cold water , tourist tax and an electricity package of 3 Euros per day.
End of stay cleaning extra (approximately 90 Euros).
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
