Description

Quiet and easygoing, this beautiful holiday home was created in a former winery. Its small paved courtyard and garden, sheltered from the wind, are nicely planted.
A large comfortable living room, in double height with lounge and fireplace, invites to family dinners. The kitchen and back kitchen are simple and functional. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a small mezzanine area (with 2 single beds), very popular with children. In the courtyard, an outdoor table and plancha separates the main house from the annex, consisting of a double bedroom with shower room.
Here, white, blue and wood contribute to the serene atmosphere typical of retaise houses.
Practical, a garage for bicycles and parking nearby to forget your car...

The equipment is in good working order:
- kitchen: new hotplates and electric oven, combi fridge.
- bedrooms and bedding: 3 double beds 140 and 1 double bed 160 (annex) 2 extra single beds on the mezzanine. 2 bedrooms with sinks, hair dryer
- under the courtyard: plancha (gas) and dining room table for 8 people,
- garden: deck chairs, garden bench, parasol
- 2 separate toilets in the main house and 1 toilet in annex.
- Parking at 100 m and large garage for bicycles, strollers etc.

- from June 27 to July 3: 2390 Euros /week
- from July 4 to August 28: 2690 Euros /week
- from August 29 to ? September: 2390 Euros /week
- from September 14th to November 1st: 1650 Euros /week

Plus mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 140 Euros
Tourist tax: 2 Euros per adult/night

optional:
Household linen: 30 Euros per person.
Beds made on arrival: 8 Euros per room

- 30% deposit upon reservation.
- The balance is due 1 month before the start of the stay.
- Deposit required upon arrival by bank check or Swikly: 1,500 Euros
