We personally manage the cleaning of the house after each departure of the tenants. On your arrival, you will find at your disposal liquid soap at each water point, cleaning products, laundry and toilet paper for the start of the stay.
Services included in the rental price: water, electricity including Heating by electric radiator radiant.

Tourist tax to be paid in addition to the rent.

The house is located in the heart of the village of La Flotte en Re. All the activities of the town are accessible on foot without using a car or bicycle.
It is not located on a pedestrian street.
You can take a pedestrian street to go to the shops.
50 m from the house you will have access every morning to the medieval market (fruit, vegetables, butcher, fishmonger ...) but also a supermarket, bakery, seafood specialty restaurants, pizzeria, creperie, many shops to rent your bicycles.
100 m from the house you can visit the port.
All the restaurants and the ice cream parlor "La Martiniere" are located on the port and on the seafront, accessible only to pedestrians.
You will find a merry-go-round for children and an area with free games for children (swing).
200 m from the house you can go to the sandy beach of La Flotte by taking a street located on the seafront, usable only to pedestrians and bicycles.



In summer, on the port (100m from the house):

- fireworks 14/7 and 15/8.

- a bathroom upstairs equipped with a shower, a low 2-door cabinet with a sink, a high 3-door cabinet with a mirror, a large wall cupboard, a towel rack, a towel dryer radiator, a chair, a hair dryer,
- a bathroom on the ground floor equipped with a bathtub, a low 3-door cabinet with two sinks, a high 3-door cabinet with a mirror, a towel rack, a towel dryer radiator, a changing table, a hair dryer.
- a separate toilet on the ground floor and upstairs
- a living room equipped with two 3-seater sofas, a 2-seater sofa, a coffee table, an HD television connected to a TV box (French and foreign channels), an internet box,
- free Internet access via WIFI connection,
- a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, toaster, coffee maker (with filters) and SENSEO coffee maker, food processor, a table with 2 chairs,
- a laundry room including: washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack (tancarville), ironing board and iron,
- a dining room equipped with a table and 8 chairs, with direct access to the private courtyard.
- a 50m2 walled courtyard located to the south at the back of the house. It is equipped with a table for 8 people, 8 chairs, a barbecue, 3 sun loungers.
- a covered area (2m x 10m) connecting the courtyard to Lem Street to shelter bicycles and windsurfers.

To accommodate grandchildren we can provide you with free of charge: a travel cot (1 mattress pad, 1 bottom sheet, 1 top sheet and 2 blankets), a high chair, a changing table, a safety barrier at the top of the stairs. if 2 babies possibility of providing double the equipment.

We rent our house by the week from Saturday to the following Saturday. We accept small pets.

Optional: end of stay cleaning: 70 euros
rental of sheets: 20 euros for a single bed, 30 euros for a double bed
rental of towels (a small towel and a shower towel): 13 euros per person.
