Close to the cycle paths, the villa is 500 meters from the popular Petit Sergent beach.
It is 700m from the shops, the market and the town center.
The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with fully equipped open kitchen.
Possibility of parking for 2 vehicles (and parking possible on the street), with socket for electric vehicle.

Fully equipped open kitchen with a beautiful view of the swimming pool as well.
Covered outdoor summer kitchen with a separate toilet.

The house has an air conditioning system.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the temperature of the pool water and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the pool water.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
