The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with fully equipped open kitchen.
Possibility of parking for 2 vehicles (and possible parking in the street), with socket for electric vehicle.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1 to October 15.
Heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating at 29 . The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
