Each room boasts generous proportions, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere, ideal for a holiday with family or friends. In the courtyard, you'll also find a magnificent wine cellar offering a peaceful space, perfect for gathering with family, reading, relaxing, or simply admiring the sunlight reflecting off its surface. TWO-STORY HOUSE: Spacious and bright living area with separate kitchen. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x200cm). The house has two bathrooms, each with a toilet. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, which is 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art, and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more, excluding the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house are included. Tourist tax is not included.
