Family home in the village of Loix

Come and spend a pleasant vacation in our warm and functional house, 300m from the center of Loix and 500m from the beaches and the port.

This family home is open year-round and offers plenty of amenities to make your stay simple and enjoyable.

Located at the entrance to the village of Loix, the 150m2 house offers:
- a large, bright living room overlooking the exterior,
- with an open and functional kitchen, and its work / dining area for 6 people
- a library lounge and wood stove, fiber wifi internet access (no TV)
- a veranda which serves as an office for teleworking, and dining area during cooler evenings (play area for children, with games for 0 to 12 years old if necessary)
- an entrance area to store your shoes and clothes
- two separate toilets
- a master bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, with its bathroom, its dressing room to store your belongings and a French window opening onto the vegetable garden
- a children's bedroom with two comfortable single beds (70 by 190, and 120 by 190)
- a bedroom with an office

Functional kitchen: everything you need for cooking, pot / saucepan, small and large dishes, cooking utensils, serving dishes, crockery for 12 people, immersion blender, various knives and cutting boards, etc.
Large worktops, double sink, double top fridge, microwave, electric oven, 5 gas burners (bottle), dishwasher, Nespresso, cleaning products, double bins including one for recycling, compost bin in the garden.

Bedrooms: 1 bed 180 x 200, 1 bed 140 x 200 and 2 single beds (70 x 190, 120 x 190), single sofa bed in the living room

Laundry room: recent washing machine and dryer (BOSCH), clothes dryer, freezer, vacuum cleaner, household products, recent 200L water heater - with forced operation if necessary.

Living room: fiber internet

From 1800 to 2200 € per week / Minimum 1 week

Balance payment 2 weekd before arrival
Local tourist taxe included.
Bed sheet provided.

July: 1800 Euros/week - weekly rental only
August: 2200 Euros/week - weekly rental only
End-of-stay cleaning extra and obligatory (100 Euros)

Located at the entrance to the village, the house is very easy to access by car and bicycle.
All next to the bus stops, you can take a shuttle to go to the beaches of La Couarde or go to the artisanal village of Loix (shops / tennis), or take the bus to the other villages of the island of re and La Rochelle.
Although at the entrance to the village, there is little traffic and little traffic noise (well, it is the bikes that we hear!)
