This family home is open year-round and offers plenty of amenities to make your stay simple and enjoyable.
Located at the entrance to the village of Loix, the 150m2 house offers:
- a large, bright living room overlooking the exterior,
- with an open and functional kitchen, and its work / dining area for 6 people
- a library lounge and wood stove, fiber wifi internet access (no TV)
- a veranda which serves as an office for teleworking, and dining area during cooler evenings (play area for children, with games for 0 to 12 years old if necessary)
- an entrance area to store your shoes and clothes
- two separate toilets
- a master bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, with its bathroom, its dressing room to store your belongings and a French window opening onto the vegetable garden
- a children's bedroom with two comfortable single beds (70 by 190, and 120 by 190)
- a bedroom with an office
