In this charming villa, each space is perfectly equipped to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The sleeping area is composed of five bedrooms:
- one bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated into two 90x200 single beds, shower room and toilet
- two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, dressing room, shower room and toilet
- one bedroom with two 90x200 single beds
- a master suite with a 160x200 bed, shower room and toilet
- a bathroom and a separate toilet

The living area includes a fireplace with an open fireplace, a television and Wi-Fi internet. The very well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and a Godin stove. A back kitchen with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, you'll enjoy the two separate, private spaces. On one side, a magnificent south-facing terrace with an aperitif area, a wooded garden, deckchairs, and a 7x3m salt-water pool, heated (from April to September depending on the weather) and secured with an electric roller shutter. On the other side, a bar with a barbecue and a summer courtyard for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere.

Pets are allowed upon agreement with the landlord.

You can park your vehicles in front of the villa.
