The walled garden is south west facing, and offers you a very sunny space and not overlooked, with terrace, pergola, barbecue and a relaxation area with private spa and outdoor shower.
4 adult bicycles are available for your stay.
In the house: 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, plus a bedroom with bunk beds. A large bathroom with toilet and Italian shower (handicap standards), 1 separate toilet. A living room with a lounge area, including a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fitted kitchen with all the necessary equipment.
Sheets are provided, with beds made on your arrival. Possible provision of bath towels on request.
2 private parking spaces are at your disposal for your vehicles.

Prices (depending on number of people and period):
January-March: from 850 to 1100 euros/week
April-June: from 1250 to 1800 euros/week
July-August: from 2500 to 3000 euros/week
September: from 1500 to 1800 euros/week
October-December : 850 to 1250 euros/week
The property is preferably rented from Sunday to Sunday in July-August.
Possibility of short stays (minimum 4 days) outside school holidays
Pets admitted after agreement from the lessor.
Full refund in the event of government measures preventing the stay (Covid )
