The house is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge with fully equipped open kitchen.
Several car parks are close to the house, the closest is a 2-minute walk away.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
