La Centrale de l'île de Ré offers this spacious and welcoming villa with a swimming pool equipped with a movable floor, located in a quiet area of Bois-Plage, near Saint-Martin-de-Ré. The house is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Several parking spaces are located near the house; the closest is a 2-minute walk away. Secure bicycle parking is available on the property. On the ground floor: Bedroom 1 (Master) with a 180x200cm double bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and sink. A separate WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 with two 90x190cm single beds. A shower room with shower and two sinks.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the weather: warm weather increases the water temperature and cold weather decreases the water temperature.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
