La Centrale de l'ile de Re offers you this spacious and warm villa with swimming pool equipped with a movable floor, located in a quiet area of Bois-Plage, close to Saint-Martin de Re.
The house is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge with fully equipped open kitchen.
Several car parks are close to the house, the closest is a 2-minute walk away.
Secure bicycle parking on the property possible.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long.
