The 110 m2 villa is made up of a main house and a small house.

MAIN HOUSE
The living room of almost 30 m2 opens onto the garden as well as the fitted kitchen and has a wood-burning fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
The sleeping area consists of a bathroom, a separate toilet, and 3 sleeping areas. beds:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 2 bedrooms are in a row with a first bedroom with two bunk beds (100/190) and the second a double bed (140/190)
The bathroom consists of a bathtub with a hand shower, washbasin and towel dryer.

MAISONNETTE
One bedroom with its queen size bed, a bathroom / WC / Shower. The entrance to the house is from the interior courtyard of the villa.

The exterior of the house has a large garden with deckchairs not overlooked, a furnished terrace and an awning for your meals with friends and family (WEBER barbecue and Plancha in the outdoor kitchen) and an interior courtyard patio serving the entrance to the main house and the small house.
