Authentic stone house built on the Île de Ré, situated on a very large, quiet plot of 2400 m². Just 50 meters from the magnificent La Conche beach. Beautiful south-facing terrace with a large table, sun loungers, and a griddle. Three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), two of which have French doors opening onto the terrace. Large living/dining room with a large farmhouse table for dining. A shower room with double vanity and a separate toilet with sink adjoining one of the bedrooms, plus a separate WC with sink; garage. Small hand towels for the sinks and kitchen towels are provided. Fitted sheets, duvet covers, bath towels, and beach towels are not provided. Arrival and departure are on Sundays as there is less traffic at the bridge and on the road. Minimum two-week stay at €2500 per week, therefore €5000 for both weeks. Available from Sunday, July 26th to Sunday, August 23rd. Pets not allowed. Not accepted
