Renovated old house with a beautiful garden and adjoining wine cellar, in a quiet setting. Ideal for two families with young children. Pets are not allowed. Camping in the garden is not permitted. The house comprises: - on the ground floor: a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a toilet, and a small bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with two bunk beds (80x190), and a mezzanine with a double bed (160x200), a shower room with a sink, and a bathroom with a toilet. The winery has, on the ground floor, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (160x200), a kitchenette, a shower room and a toilet, and upstairs a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to make a double bed (160x200). A high chair and a folding cot are available. The house and the winery overlook a small, sunny, flower-filled garden with direct access to the street. Parking is available in a car park at the entrance to Gillieux, less than 300 meters away. Disabled parking spaces less than 100 meters away.
Six adult and teenager bicycles available for loan included in the rental.
