Renovated old house with a beautiful garden and adjoining wine cellar, in a quiet setting. Ideal for two families with young children. Pets are not allowed. Camping in the garden is not permitted. The house comprises: - on the ground floor: a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a toilet, and a small bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with two bunk beds (80x190), and a mezzanine with a double bed (160x200), a shower room with a sink, and a bathroom with a toilet. The winery has a living room on the ground floor with a very comfortable sofa bed (160x200), a kitchenette, a shower room and a toilet, and a bedroom upstairs with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to make a double bed (160x200). A high chair and a folding cot are available. The house and the winery overlook a small, sunny, flower-filled garden with a shaded terrace and direct access to the street. There is an extendable garden table for 6 to 10 people and a garden table for 2 people.
