Parking possible in the free car park in the immediate vicinity of the house.
SINGLE STOREY VILLA:
The entrance is made up of a corridor leading to it, WC and wall cupboard.
The main room is composed of an open kitchen with central bar island, living room and dining room.
Kitchen area: refrigerator, freezer, 4 gas hobs, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, sink.
Dining room area: table and chairs in the extension of the kitchen and open onto the terrace and the swimming pool
Lounge area: 3-seater sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, wood stove and bookcase. The living room also opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
From the main room, access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
BEDROOM 1 MASTER: 1 bed of 160, small storage spaces. Adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, sink and WC. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
BEDROOM 2: 1 160x200 bed, 2 bedside tables, wall-mounted wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3: 1 160x200 bed, 2 bedside tables, wall-mounted wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1 to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 29°C. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Rental and delivery of linens for beds and bathrooms are included in July and in August (and optional outside July and August).
The delivery of keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
