The main room is composed of an open kitchen with central bar island, living room and dining room.
Kitchen area: refrigerator, freezer, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, sink.
Dining room area: table and chairs in the extension of the kitchen and open onto the terrace and swimming pool
Lounge area: 3-seater sofa, table low, 2 armchairs, wood stove and bookcase. The living room also opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
From the main room, access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
BEDROOM 1 MASTER: 1 bed 160, small storage. Adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Rental and delivery of linen for the beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The handover of keys and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
