Parking is available in the free car park in the immediate vicinity of the house. SINGLE-STOREY VILLA: The entrance consists of a hallway leading to a WC and built-in wardrobe. The main room comprises an open-plan kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar, a living room, and a dining room. Kitchen area: refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, sink. Dining area: table and chairs extending from the kitchen and opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Living room area: 3-seater sofa, coffee table, 2 Armchairs, wood-burning stove, and a bookcase. The living room also opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. From the main room, there is access to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. BEDROOM 1 (MASTER): 1 queen-size bed (160 cm), small storage. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, sink, and toilet. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. BEDROOM 2: 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm), 2 bedside tables, built-in wardrobe. Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on site are included. Holiday vouchers accepted.
