The house is ideally located 250 m from the most beautiful beaches of the Ile de Re and 5 minutes by bike from the village (markets, restaurants, etc.)

It is structured around a 60 m cathedral living room with a stove of exceptional volume and light. It opens onto a large exotic wood terrace and a semi-open equipped kitchen. Scullery.

The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms including a master suite. Three bedrooms are upstairs and open onto a "family room"
It is connected to fiber and has an office and a large work room (ideal from home)

Private parking that can accommodate 2 cars.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. It is located in a residential environment, therefore, it is not suitable for the organization of events or evenings
