Security deposit: €4,000. 2026 weekly rates: - Easter holidays (April 18th to May 3rd): €3,500 to €4,200 - May and June (May 3rd to July 4th): €4,500 to €6,000 - Summer holidays (July 4th to August 31st): €6,500 to €7,500 - September: €4,500. In addition, the applicable tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning are extra. Upon request, a quote for complete linens (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels), with beds made upon arrival, is available for an additional fee. Basic necessities are provided. In the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products and utensils)

We offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and culture...), upon request.
A welcome booklet is available in the house, as well as tourist brochures (maps and cycling routes, events...)
